Our processes are built upon delivery for our clients. Our blended business model means we have several methods. We adhere to multiple standards but always maintain our quality and approach.
We maintain our own very high standards, but these are backed up and supported through numerous vendor certifications and the ISO standards system. We have been awarded, ISO 9001 – Quality Management and ISO 27001 – Information Security standards for example.
We do however believe that the client experience shapes our overall engagement, and this covers all of the approaches that we may take. From our very first engagement with a client we aim to be transparent, giving you a stress-free and seamless process and total peace of mind.
